"Let's Play Lawyer Sheep" is the 29th episode of the fourth season of Kaeloo, and 179th of the series overall.
The episode starts with Stumpy and Quack Quack playing basketball with Kaeloo as the referee. Stumpy fails to get the ball in the hoop and winds up sitting in it instead. Kaeloo tells him that the ball is supposed to go in the hoop and not his butt. Suddenly, two lawyer sheep show up and introduce themselves as Mr. and Ms. Baa. They say that if Kaeloo doesn't give Stumpy a point, she will be implying that his butt is worth less than a basketball, which can be construed as discrimination. Intending to sue Kaeloo in a court of law, they ask who her lawyer is, but Kaeloo clarifies that she doesn't have one. To avoid being charged with discrimination, Kaeloo gives Stumpy a point, but it doesn't make much difference since Quack Quack is still far in the lead. Later, Quack Quack is eating yogurt and throwing the empty containers on the ground instead of in a nearby trash can. Kaeloo tells him to put them in the trash but he refuses, which angers her to the point of transforming. Mr. and Ms. Baa return, now saying that Kaeloo has violated Quack Quack's individual liberty and ordering her to avoid direct contact with him. Kaeloo protests that it's just a friendly conversation but is ignored.
Kaeloo goes on a news show hosted by Mr. Cat, who informs her that Stumpy is suing her for always making up games where he loses and the flowers are suing her because she crushes them every time she turns into a toad. Kaeloo says that it's not her fault that Quack Quack wins at everything, and she insists that she and Bad Kaeloo are different and blames the latter for the flowers' complaint. The lawyers appear on the show and make insulting comments insinuating that Kaeloo is mentally unstable and dangerous. Kaeloo is enraged by their words and transforms and beats them up, but is sent to prison for doing so.
In prison, Kaeloo prepares to hang herself, but the Baas come to visit her and inform her that her lawyer negotiated her release with them and that they will be meeting in court the next day. Kaeloo is confused because she doesn't have a lawyer. Kaeloo's lawyer enters the cell to speak to her, revealing himself to be Mr. Cat, who says he was late because he overslept and had to be driven there by his parents. Kaeloo thinks her case is doomed.
As Kaeloo and Mr. Cat prepare for their court date, Mr. Cat comes across a video on the internet made by Stumpy that says that sheep are aliens. Mr. Cat considers using this against the Baas in court, but Kaeloo refuses because she thinks that they should use the law to defend her case.
The following day, everyone goes to court. The Baas say that Stumpy, Quack Quack, the flowers, and the Baa & Baa law agency expect a billion dollars in damages each, causing Kaeloo and Mr. Cat to faint from shock. Kaeloo says that the prices are way too high, but Ms. Baa says that nothing in the laws of Smileyland says that this isn't allowed. If Kaeloo doesn't pay up, she'll be sent back to prison. Kaeloo gets fed up and asks Mr. Cat to show the court the video he found earlier. Stumpy and Quack Quack, believing that their lawyers are aliens, withdraw their lawsuits and hug Kaeloo, and Mr. Cat discusses the prospect of the lawyers being aliens on his news show, which they are unable to refute. Kaeloo says that nothing can destroy the main four's friendship. Stumpy is surprised that Mr. Cat hasn't had an allergic reaction to such a happy ending, but Mr. Cat explains that that's because Kaeloo hasn't seen his bill yet. Kaeloo is angered and transforms again, throwing him into space.
In space, the Baas, who really were aliens after all, express disappointment that their plan failed and hope that they will be able to take over Smileyland someday.
